Parrish Construction Group announces the promotion of Jay Graham to Senior Preconstruction Manager.
Graham is located in the Perry office and now serves as Senior Preconstruction Manager for the Preconstruction Department of Parrish Construction Group. Responsibilities include process management, estimating, procurement and cost control for new and existing contracts. Current projects include extensive capital improvements for Houston County Schools, HVAC renovations at the LaGrange Campus of West Georgia Technical College and capital improvements to the Elbert County Schools facilities.
A graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University, Graham joined Parrish in 2002 as an assistant superintendent. In 2005, he joined the preconstruction department as a Cost Estimator and has demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, leadership and client service.
