CorrPakBPS introduces the 20’ and 40’ Dry Bulk Container Liner, designed to increase a company’s bottom line with the lowest packaging cost per pound in the industry.
CorrPak Bulk Packaging Systems (CorrPakBPS) Dry Bulk Container Liners, also known as shipping, sea bulk, or sea land container liners, are manufactured using a variety of materials including polyethylene or polypropylene. These Dry Bulk Container Liners come in both woven fabric and blown film varieties. The difference between the two materials are: Woven PE or PP Dry Bulk Container Liners come in either coated or non-coated fabric, depending on the application. Blown film cargo liners are made from virgin polyethylene resin, which is used for applications that may be sensitive to moisture. The blown film cargo liner has been on the decline over the past few years due to the liner being replaced by less expensive woven liners. However, the woven liner cannot effectively work to provide the necessary protection of an application that attracts moisture.
CorrPakBPS offers numerous styles of Intermodal (Cargo) Container Liners capable of transporting any non-hazardous dry, flowing product weighing up to 58,000 pounds.
CorrPakBPS Bulk Container Liners conform to any corresponding intermodal shipping container for cargo transport. However, the most common sizes for export containers are 20’ and 40’ standard liners. With CorrPakBPS' innovative design team, the liner can be designed to the specifications of the customer. Dry Bulk Container Liners are used in many Industries to store and transport chemicals, petrochemicals, minerals, agricultural products, seeds, and food products.
