San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) April 03, 2013
California Skin Institute (CSI) remains the platinum platform for private practice dermatology and continues to rapidly expand throughout Northern California. In the first quarter of 2013, six dermatology practices consisting of 8 experienced and highly regarded dermatology providers signed agreements to merge with CSI in the second quarter of 2013. These mergers add one location in Santa Cruz County, two in Monterey County, two in Alameda
County, and one in Santa Clara County. With 18 mergers in less than 6 years, California Skin Institute continues to establish a geographic footprint to allow sharing of state-of-the-art technologies and techniques over a six county range. Greg S. Morganroth, MD, President and Founder of CSI, explains that “The successful formula for CSI is based on providing dermatologists with: a new opportunity to focus their energy on offering superlative patient care without the distraction of running a small practice; to have access to state-of-the-art technologies typically out of reach of solo and small practices; and the opportunity to practice in the region’s only multidisciplinary dermatology practice that has a strategic plan for the ever evolving medical landscape.”
California Skin Institute now consists of 34 providers that are board certified in dermatology, pathology, plastic surgery, or radiation oncology in 15 locations in Northern California spanning from San Francisco to Salinas. Offering the broadest range of skin based services, CSI is committed to offering patients the best possible treatment options and outcomes.
