Moravia is making its way to Singapore for Localization World, the conference for global business know-how, localization and translation.
Localization World Singapore will be held on April 10-12 at the Singapore Shangri-La Hotel, and will feature a dinner sponsored by Moravia on the open sea. The evening dinner will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, aboard the Imperial Cheng Ho Cruise, a replica of the famous Ming Dynasty imperial vessel.
Other Moravia highlights include presentations by Renato Beninatto, Moravia Chief Marketing Officer and Libor Safar, Moravia Marketing Manager.
With more than 25 years of executive-level experience in the localization industry Beninatto will host The DQF — From Static to Dynamic Translation Quality Evaluation, which features Rahzeb Choudhury from TAUS. The presentation will focus on the Dynamic Quality Framework (DQF) developed by TAUS, including a knowledge base, content profiling feature and a set of shared tools for quality evaluation.
Safar, a 19-year veteran of the localization and translation industry, will be one of the speakers in the Life Sciences Business Round Table. The discussion will focus on market developments in the Asia-Pacific region, with particular emphasis on the ever-changing regulatory requirements in the Japanese life sciences market. It will also show how global life sciences companies can succeed in this very specific and demanding market.
“Localization World is a significant event for both Moravia and the localization industry,” said Beninatto. “We are particularly excited that it is being held in Asia, because we have such a large footprint in the region, with one of our three major production hubs located in Nanjing, as well as a growing office in Tokyo.”
Moravia established its presence in Asia more than 10 years ago and has achieved great success. Today, the company not only helps Western brands establish themselves in Asia, but they have seen constant growth among the native Asian companies that work with Moravia to expand in Europe and Asia – particularly in the life sciences sector.
