The Irvine Chamber’s Micropreneur® Program, an initiative designed to teach entrepreneurs and small business owners how to raise capital, market, develop new business, and manage finances, has announced the schedule for their upcoming April webinar series. These webinars are free for all to participate in and will take place on April 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th from 12 – 1 p.m.
The April lineup features a wide variety of topics including strategies to improve employee innovation, resources to assist employers in funding various projects, and design tools business owners can utilize to build and enhance their business.
April 4, 2013 – “7 Strategies for Improving Employee Innovation”

Topics include strategies for increasing innovation, teaching you and your employees how to be more innovative, and tips for maintaining an innovative business culture to ensure you rise above the competition.
April 11, 2013 – “A Resource for Funding, Staff and More”
Brandman University, the Orange County Workforce Investment Board, and its associated One Stop Centers will discuss their abilities to assist employers in funding employee training, staffing, and much more. Learn how you can tap into the many available resources – from new employee training to layoff aversion and more.
April 18, 2013 – “Forming a Microbusiness for Fun and Profit”
Robert Coleman, President of the Pacific Venture Club will discuss how microbusinesses can create additional income while also helping fulfill interests and passions. Topics that will be covered include: The best microbusinesses to start with little money and the dos and don’ts of running a successful business.
April 25, 2013 – Microsoft/Sprint Keynote Event: “Design Trends: How Looking Good Builds Business Cred”
