Dallas, TX (PRWEB) April 02, 2013

Dallas-based TrizCom has added marketing software start-up HipLogiq and its social media software products, SocialCompass and SocialCentiv, to its client roster. The firm will represent and position the company’s expertise in social media marketing as well as promote new products as they are launched. Several products are expected later this year.

“Our growing company is making a huge impact in a very crowded software market,” says Bernard Perrine, co-founder and CEO of HipLogiq. “It’s critical that business owners understand how we’re different and what we can do to help them grow their customer base and impact their revenue stream. Our new relationship with TrizCom is a critical cornerstone in our efforts to do just that—tell our story, offer business owners an important competitive advantage, and raise awareness and interest in the products we offer.”

HipLogiq’s social media marketing products offer clients patented technology that helps them directly target potential customers on Twitter based on key words, location and time of day. For example, a coffee house would have a list of key words that the software would use to monitor Twitter and flag relevant Tweets. Mark could Tweet: “Tired of the same old coffee—need a new place to go to rev me up this morning.” The business immediately responds with the message, “@name, come see us! We have great coffee, plus lots of breakfast goodies to get you going. And here’s a little something on us: (link to offer).”

Once that customer visits the landing page and downloads the offer, he or she is entered into the client’s marketing automation system. A few days later, Mark will receive an email asking him to refer his friends in exchange for an additional reward from the client. If the customer’s friends opt in, he gets rewarded, and the process continues with his friends.

“The effect is viral,” says Perrine. “Consumers on Twitter live and breathe in the public space and are very comfortable there. With its innovative software solutions, HipLogiq is changing the way businesses connect with people who use social networks to explore, share and buy products and services. We are recreating 1-on-1 marketing on a mass scale to engage and connect consumers to brands in real time.”

SocialCompass and SocialCentiv are designed to work very similarly but SocialCompass is a full-service, enterprise-level software, and SocialCentiv is a do-it-yourself, web-based software solution for small-to-medium businesses.

“We look forward to providing HipLogiq the level of service and the expertise that their customers expect from them,” says Jo Trizila, CEO of TrizCom. “It’s very exciting for us to be working with software on the cutting edge of the industry we operate in! In fact, we use SocialCentiv for our own marketing and know what a great product it is. Additionally, both of our companies are small, women-owned businesses which make for a great match!”
