HealthcareSource Reference Assessment automates the reference checking process by enabling candidates to electronically invite references to respond to a brief online anonymous survey regarding the candidate's behaviors. The results are evaluated using validated behavioral-based science to predict the behavioral fit of the candidate for the job family. The results include dramatic time-savings for HR, higher response rates on references, and lower turnover as a result of better behavioral information.
