New Third-Party Management Leader at Gables Residential Scott Named Vice President, Third Party Operations

Gables Residential, a leader in the management and development of multifamily apartment communities welcomes Kelly Scott as its new Vice President, Third Party Operations.

Kelly Scott most recently served as President of Lane Companies. While with Lane, Kelly was responsible for the oversight of the management company comprising a portfolio of 22,000 units throughout the southeast. In addition, she established relationships and serviced over 55 third-party clients.

Prior to Lane Companies, Kelly was Executive Vice President with Riverstone Residential Group for over five years where she oversaw a diversified portfolio of over 20,000 units nationwide. In addition, Kelly held key management positions with Trammell Crow Residential, Pinnacle Management and Duddlesten/Insignia Management.
