This session will focus on the steps to get started with collection, measurement, and social engagement, using case study examples.
Immediately following this session at 2:30 p.m., Avectra’s vice president of marketing Patrick Dorsey will join Matthew D’Uva, CEO, SOCAP International, to co-present the case study discussion, “Finding Elusive Social Media ROI”. The session will focus on SOCAP’s implementation of an automated social media drip messaging campaign which resulted in an increase to SOCAP’s membership. This session gives attendees the opportunity to tap into SOCAP and Avectra’s experience in implementing ROI-generating social media campaigns.
