Training magazine recognized the 2013 Training Top 125 winners with crystal awards and revealed their rankings during a black-tie gala held last night during the Training 2013 Conference & Expo at the Walt Disney World, Coronado Springs Resort. Gables Residential ranked 63rd at the recent gala, beating out dozens of high profile companies including UPS, Aetna, Dell, Century 21, and Northwestern Mutual, just to name a few.

Gables was ranked 118th last year. This is a clear indication of the focus placed on Learning and Development within the organization. Gables’ incredible jump in ranking is credited to L&D’s renewed focus on associate development via the launch of Foundations Online, new twenty-four training classes, a revised new-hire orientation, and new sales and customer service workshops designed to enhance the living experience for both prospects and residents.
