LJ McVey, creator of prometheusmeditation.com, will shortly release the first in a series of free podcast meditations. The first two podcast meditations will focus on how to deal with bullies and how to develop a work ethic. LJ crafted these podcast meditations as short, simple-to-follow, powerful tools for young adults. LJ says, "They are mini meditations. They help you create the life you want. They guide you to new ways of thinking."

In her years of experience helping prepare high school students for college and adultuhood, LJ realized that having a solid work ethic was essential for both academic and personal success when students left home. Also, it was common for students to encounter bullies when they first set foot on campus. LJ developed tips and techniques for the students to help them overcome the bullying behavior of others. While these techniques are particularly helpful for young adults, they can be used by anyone wanting to strengthen their sense of self-confidence.

The series of free podcast meditations, of which these are the first two, will be made available throughout the year at prometheusmeditation.com. Other topics LJ will address in this series are proper posture and breathing for meditation, grounding, heart breathing and being coachable/willing to change.
