Flexible Mobile Survey provides a unique system of checks-and-balances for field asset vendors by delivering a customized work order in the form of a survey directly to their smart phone. The surveys are developed by FAS in collaboration with individual clients who have requested the Flexible Mobile Survey application, and lead vendors through a series of customized questions to obtain specific details about a property, a portfolio, geography, a collateral type or specific collateral issue.

FAS’s mobile field data tool uses voice response technology, providing vendors with a new level of convenience by freeing them from having to take written notes during property visits and inspections. If required, FAS quality control personnel can connect with vendors in real-time to direct them through the survey questions during a property visit. In addition, FAS clients have the ability to modify or add questions to their mobile surveys as often as needed.

Since FAS’s Flexible Mobile Survey is an add-on to the company’s FAStrack Mobile platform, the application delivers the same security benefits to protect servicers against fraud. The mobile survey attaches certified time, date and GPS-driven location stamping to all property data, which is automatically transmitted to and stored in a third-party cloud storage solution. FAS quality control personnel can then retrieve the secure data, verify it and generate custom reports to share with clients.
