Real Living Lifestyles is honored to announce Michele Massion as their 2012 #1 Individual Top Producer for Most Transactions Closed. She has held this honor of the highest number of transactions closed for four years. She is also #13 in highest gross commission income. In 2009 she was awarded #1 in sales volumes and in 2010 was #2 in sales volume. Also in 2009 and 2012 she was presented with the Gold award in the Carlsbad office. The Gold award is nominated and voted for by agents at the brokerage. It honors the agent whom other agents feel is most effective and professional, and whom they would hire to represent themselves.
Among all of her accomplishments she has also managed to earn certifications for Relocation Specialist, a Premier Service certificate, and accreditation as a certified REO agent. With her vast knowledge she also earned SFR Designation for Short Sale Specialist.
As busy as Massion is she still seems to keep her clients satisfied. Louis Konstas and Owen Glick wrote, “Thank you for representing us on our purchase. Your dedication to this business and your clients is unbelievable! You are amazing! Your knowledge and professionalism is what we believe makes you a top notch realtor.” Another client Peter Hark wrote, “Michele was able to match us up immediately with the right home for your young family. The first home we looked at with her was the one we wound up buying! Through the process she was professional, thorough, and prompt. She efficiently and quickly moved the transaction to close. Aggressive yet personable, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michele.”
It’s understandable that her clients recommend her with her great attitude and 24 years of experience. “My phone is never off, I follow through on everything. I never keep my client waiting and I’m very aggressive. I know what it takes to get the deal done.”
Massion was a stay at home mother who loved looking at homes, until she decided that wasn’t enough. With a lot of hard work and dedication she acquired her real estate license, while still taking care of her family’s needs. After all was said and done Massion feels she has maintained a successful career that has brought her to where she is today. “I love what I do. It’s in my blood. I just wake up and my thoughts are real estate,” she says.
In the future she plans to buy homes, fix them up and flip them. Once there is more inventory and the market feels right, she looks forward to flipping homes and working with investors more and more.
