The first student chosen for the SEO internship is Rohan Mukhopadhyay, who is currently pursuing a Masters in Quantitative and Computational Finance at Geogia Tech.

He puts results first, both in his personal life and in whatever project is before him. You can just sense that and it's a perfect fit for Everspark.”
Born in India but raised in Georgia, Mukhopadhyay was chosen for his academic talents and strong personal standards, says Everspark CEO Jason Hennessey.

Hennessey says Mukhopadhyay's first week will be a busy one, stepping outside the theoretical world of economics and finance and into the applied art of SEO.
“A big part of SEO is analysis, figuring out what people are searching for and how to work those search terms into our content,” Hennessey said. “But it's also personal. You have to really listen to your clients and know what to ask them, to figure out how to present their company or product. We want our interns to learn both sides of the equation.”
