Over the coming months, survey participants will be asked to complete both a questionnaire and full survey analysis of their organization’s LTI structure. Results will be released in August 2013 and will provide participants with valuable long-term incentive award practices. The survey report will specifically address a comprehensive perspective on emerging trends in long-term incentive compensation from the most recent grant cycle, which includes eligibility, award size by employee population, vehicles utilized, and vesting.
