The new site, SalamiStore.com, launches with nine different salamis available to the general public with free shipping.
The SalamiStore.com provides innovative flavors in each of the salamis and never uses sodium nitrite, using sea salt and celery powder to naturally cure the salamis. Flavors include Uncured Pork Salami, Uncured Spicy Salami, Ghost Pepper Salami, Cabernet Salami, Pepperoni and others.

Consumers will be able to also purchase Zoe’s uncured pepperoni that is made of pork shoulder and beef, providing a 30% leaner final product. The pepperoni comes in a 1.5 lbs. stick or pre-sliced.
