Chris will have responsibility to develop the processes and team to provide logistical infrastructure, testing, support, and consulting and implementation services around Entegreat’s core software offerings.

Prior to joining Entegreat, Chris spent eight years at SmartSynch as the Vice President of Engineering. SmartSynch (later acquired by Itron) was the leading provider of utility metering systems utilizing public two-way wireless networks. He was responsible for the engineering organization that created and maintained the SmartSynch Transaction Management System, a head-end data acquisition system. As head of engineering, Chris built the team from the ground up, established development methodologies, led tools selection and drove completion of the software systems. During his tenure at SmartSynch, he also held the positions of VP of Product Delivery, VP of Operations and VP of Information Technology. These roles encompassed cross functional responsibility for delivery of products and infrastructure throughout the organization.
Chris was also Chief Operating Officer/Chief Technology Officer for LMI Technologies, handling financial operations, technology development and sales channel development. LMI Technologies provides public record image capture and indexing to county clerks across the southeast.
From 1988 until 2000, Chris worked in the IT consulting industry as a Practice Manager with Conway Computer Group that was later acquired by Nichols Research and subsequently acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Chris managed over 300 employees across multiple office locations.

Chris has broad experience in telecommunications, health care, transportation, education and insurance. He is co-author of a patent for Systems and Methods for Auto-configuration of a Generic Metering Device on a Wireless Network” as a result of R&D efforts at SmartSynch.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi.
