Texas Golf ConneXion (TGC), Houston's #1 online source for golf skins games announced today that Golf Galaxy has been named the Official Retail Partner of Texas Golf ConneXion, and the sponsor for all 2013 Compete for Compassion (CFC) events in Houston.

The first tournament of the year, scheduled for April 28, 2013 at High Meadow Ranch Golf Club, is a FUNdraiser, where 2-person teams scramble to win $5,000 in Skins and a $5,000 medal purse. Entry fees are $195 (plus taxes) per player and the registration deadline is April 22, 2013.

Golf Galaxy’s sponsorship represents the “Everything for the Game” golf retailer’s on-going commitment to grow the game and help support local golf-related activities and events. For the April 28th CFC tournament Golf Galaxy will be donating numerous prizes including tee packets, gift cards, tournament cards, bonus certificates, lessons and club fittings.
