Oshawa, Ontario (PRWEB) April 21, 2013
Jobs are being created at the GTA Grill by a special man who refuses to quit. George Giamou launches an eatery in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, to teach work skills and create jobs for youth. Paul Hill Chief Instructor at Transition to Hired will be returning to the GTA Grill as a special guest on April 28 to help youth with their job search.
The GTA Grill, a special place for young workers, is where George Giamou can be found working tirelessly. There are special people in the world that no matter what life serves them, they get up and make the world a better place for others. George is one of these special people; he is putting it all on the line to create jobs for the youth in his community. George has just launched a new restaurant in Oshawa, the GTA Grill, to teach life skills and provide working opportunities for youth.
What is remarkable is that George’s wife Fleur just passed away from complications of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). George is battling MS himself and he is doing it with a smile on his face. Most people in this situation would just lie down and lick their wounds, but not George. Instead, he launched a little eatery to make a difference in the lives of the young adults in his community.
“I was invited over to the restaurant during the launch week to talk about my book, The Panic Free Job Search and offer advice on job search to the patrons at the restaurant. I must say I was blown away by the dedication of the GTA Grill team of youths and George’s upbeat demeanor. We talked about my book but soon I realized the real story is all about George and what he is doing for youth," said Paul Hill, author of The Panic Free Job Search.
"This is not the first time he has stepped up. George has been giving back to the community throughout most of his adult life by raising outstanding young men and women through his dedication as a hockey coach. We need more Georges in the world - people with big hearts and the willingness to stand up and set a good example for our youth,” said Hill.
"It's all about creating jobs for youths and creating great food for people – that way we put smiles on faces," said George Giamou, founder of GTA Grill.
Hill seeks to support people like George, who are creating jobs and giving back to youth selflessly. He calls on everyone to make a special trip to Oshawa and to seek out the team at the GTA Grill. This way individuals can support youth as they learn life skills and support the man behind the effort, George, who is making it all happen.
"If you can not make it out on April 28th make sure to pass on the word about this special place in Oshawa" pleaded Hill.
Paul Hill Chief Instructor from Transition to Hired and Leader of the Ultimate Job Search Boot Camp will be on hand on April 28, 2013 at 9:30 am to sign copies of his book and offer job search advice.
