Brownsburg, Indiana (PRWEB) April 20, 2013
KJD Legal LLC recently completed construction of a virtual law office on its website. A Virtual Law Office, or VLO, allows the public to request the creation of legal documents and ask for legal advice via a secure client portal.
“There are several companies that offer legal services via the Internet,” said Mrs. Davis. “However, when you utilize one of them your advice comes from an attorney sitting in an office in California and not one based right here in Indiana.”
The KJD Legal LLC VLO offers clients the convenience of requesting documents or asking for advice at any time of the day or night, while also giving clients the security of knowing the attorney who initially helped them is available locally to help if any related or new problems arise.
The VLO can be accessed directly at: https://www.clientspace.org/index.asp?firm=F9DBD3D9 or by going to the KJD Legal website (kjdlegal.com) =>What is KJD Legal About? => Virtual Law Office.
Clients can ask for assistance in the following areas via the VLO:
KJD Legal focuses its practice in the areas of small business and real estate. Mrs. Davis is available for strategic legal planning as well as a business legal audit, in addition to the more traditional services of creating and registering businesses, reviewing contracts, and representing parties in business and real estate litigation.
The KJD Legal LLC VLO will only represent clients for matters based in the state of Indiana. A conflicts check is completed prior to completing any work for a client, and if a conflict exists, the client's funds will be returned. Additionally, the payment screen is set up so that the funds paid by the client are deposited into the KJD Legal Trust Account, in accordance with the Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct.
