Wentworth Property Management Corp., a FirstService Residential Management Company, and Del Webb at Lake Providence Community Association (DWLPCA) welcomed Senator Lamar Alexander and local dignitaries on Wednesday, April 3rd. The visit was coordinated by the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce and Del Webb at Lake Providence Women’s Club.
“We were excited to welcome Senator Alexander back to Mt. Juliet after his reelection,” said Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce President Mark Hinsely. “Del Webb at Lake Providence was the perfect location to showcase the best of what our unique community has to offer for this very special visit.”
The event was attended by over 150 residents of Del Webb at Lake Providence (DWLP) and featured insightful and often humorous remarks by Senator Alexander followed by a question and answer session. Each attendee was given a book of the Senator’s “Alexanderisms” containing numerous witty quotes and stories. Among the attendees were two 5th grade students from the Rutland Elementary School located across the street from the community. Quite a few DWLP residents volunteer at the school reflecting the close knit relationship between DWLP and the larger Mt. Juliet community.
