GridFirst today announced the launch of a series of informational webinars for the GridFirst product line, the GridFirst Mobile Application for Utilities and the GridFirst Outage Notification Management solution.

GridFirst, Halcyon’s Smart Energy Management Solution changes the way utilities have been doing business with their customers by providing a medium to communicate effectively with them using the customers own mobile smart phones and tablets. By leveraging the GridFirst Mobile Application for Utilities, utility companies will see a real ROI through reduced operational costs. Through GridFirst, Energy companies can provide consumers the tools to monitor and manage energy consumption from a mobile smart device, or online through the GridFirst Web Portal. Utilizing the GridFirst Outage Notification Management product, energy companies can communicate directly with customers via mobile smart devices, providing outage updates, payment reminders as well as marketing and consumer information campaigns.

GridFirst Mobile Solutions are customized to the Utility Company Name, Branding and Marketing Schemes. Mobile applications are launched in Apple, Android, Windows and Blackberry platforms.
