CHMB announced that Bill Titov has been named Director of Technology Services. Titov will be responsible for the technology department which includes leadership of technical team application support services. He will lead technology initiatives which will deliver on strategic vision and tactical opportunities for CHMB’s Professional and Technology Services departments.

His experience spans over enterprise systems architecture, program and project management, applications development, data warehousing data center operations, quality assurance and business system analysis.
