The International Youth Conditioning Association, a youth fitness educational institution, has just launched its newest product – the Program Design System. The new product is currently available for online purchase.

“The number one goal for youth fitness specialists everywhere is to help their youth clients realize their fullest athletic potential,” says IYCA CEO Pat Rigsby. “Every kid has unique needs, and you have to be able to design a program to help them reach their goals.”

The IYCA has enlisted IYCA Expert and World Class Coach Wil Fleming to organize the IYCA’s programming philosophy, principles and practical methodology into an easy to use system that allows trainers to design customized, effective training programs for each athlete.

“This Program Design System doesn’t overcomplicate or try to reinvent the wheel. It gives trainers the tools to succeed” says Rigsby’s business partner and IYCA President Nick Berry.

Customers who purchase the IYCA’s latest resource will receive online access to four program design modules, a library of over 100 exercises, templates to start utilizing the system, and dozens of example programs.

The youth sports training product begins with a module focused on explaining the reasoning behind a need for unique program design for developing youth athletes. It contains information on the pitfalls of generic youth workout programs.

The second module teaches youth fitness trainers about the guiding principles that should help them design and implement their youth training programs. This section includes the IYCA’s unique 9 Principles of Programming.

The third module focuses specifically on mechanics. This includes both assessing youth athletes to understand what exercises will work for them, in addition to determining the proper weight loads for them to lift.

The final module covers the final framework which trainers should use once they begin working with younger athletes.

“The new IYCA Program Design System is a foundational approach to childhood athletic development,” says Rigsby. “Customers who purchase this product will start to learn how to design better programs and become better trainers.”

The Program Design System is available now for online purchase.
