Todd was previously Human Resources Business Partner for eBay’s enterprise commerce technology organization (GSI Commerce). Earlier, Todd founded Barlow Group, an executive search firm specializing in designing and building leadership teams for the technology industry. Todd grew Barlow Group to one of the leading national boutique search firms in the technology industry, helping to engineer the executive teams at AdMeld (acquired by Google), GSI Commerce (acquired by eBay), Princeton Softech (acquired by IBM), AT&T Wireless, Vlingo (acquired by Nuance), Maven Networks (acquired by Yahoo) and Conduit Labs (acquired by Zynga), among others.
Prior to executive search, Todd spent the beginning of his career as an advisor to growth technology companies.
