Brian McCabe has joined the management team of New York Water Taxi (NYWT) and Circle Line Downtown as Chief Operating Officer where he will oversee all business strategy & development, operations, sales, customer service and marketing. As a seasoned Hospitality Executive, McCabe’s first priority is to ensure that the company continues to deliver impeccable customer service with an unparalleled best in market product.

An accomplished leader in Travel, Hospitality and Tourism, Brian began his career at the Savoy Hotel in London. He has extensive global expertise in strategic planning, sales & marketing, operations and customer service. “The number one thing that drives me is engaging and motivating people to deliver excellent customer service” said McCabe.

Prior to joining New York Water Taxi, Brian was the Executive Vice President for Worktopia where he built a highly motivated customer-focused operations and sales team that brought about significant change in the Corporate Meetings sector within the Hotel & Travel Industry. Brian also held senior executive roles in Europe, the Middle East and the United States including Millennium & Copthorn Hotels and the Ladbroke Group.
