Loki software will significantly improve VoIP Logic's aggregate offering by adding a leading technology that meets a specific set of Service Provider needs.
Williamstown, MA and Falls Church, VA (PRWEB) April 30, 2013
VoIP Logic has added Leonid System’s Loki Provisioning and Loki Portals to its best-of-breed suite of VoIP technology offered as a managed service to voice Service Providers. Loki provides OSS and web portal components to a robust platform that already includes BroadSoft’s Broadworks for PBX applications, Oracle Communications’ Acme Packet Net-Net SBC for access side border controls and Palladion Control Plane Monitor for SIP monitoring, Genband’s SBC for VoIP peering and Cisco technology for data networking.
Loki Provisioning has a track record in over 50 service provider deployments of dramatically streamlining provisioning from site survey through customer activation. In addition, Loki Portals allows Service Providers to empower their End Users with a graphically driven interface and intuitive tools to manage individual phone service and, through Enterprise tools, to complete MAC-D administrative tasks.
“Loki software will significantly improve our aggregate offering by, again, adding a leading technology that meets a specific set of Service Provider needs,” said Micah Singer, VoIP Logic CEO. “Not only is Loki a well conceived and executed software package, it has also been specifically requested by over a dozen of our Service Provider customers as the de facto leader for Hosted PBX provisioning and end user self-care with the BroadWorks application server.”
“With VoIP Logic’s laser focus on technology-as-a-service for smaller and medium-sized Hosted PBX deployments, working with them allows us to access a new segment of the Service Provider market,” said Jan Lindner, CEO of Leonid Systems. “We are excited to help competitive service providers create compelling and innovative offers using our solutions.”
“Our customers have operationally complicated voice deployments. Providing a strong self-service interface meets the administrative requirements of their rapidly changing environment,” said Ed Fineran, President of Atlantech Online. “The VoIP Logic managed services platform has been solid. Now, coupled with Leonid’s technology, it will allow our customers to more easily and intuitively perform highly complicated self-care which makes our service stickier and more competitive.”
