Today, the company announced a new feature that extends ShowMojo's scheduling capabilities to include both the Zillow and HotPads rental listing sites.

ShowMojo's new feature --Listing Site Auto-Replies -- fields email inquires from Zillow, HotPads and Craigslist. ShowMojo automatically replies to each inquiry with a tailored email. Each email includes a link to a webpage where the prospect can schedule a showing to see the very listing he or she had just inquired about.

This new feature requires almost no setup. Managers and landlords need only forward the email inquiries they receive from Zillow, HotPads or Craigslist to a special email address provided by ShowMojo.

As always, ShowMojo offers only showtimes that fit the owner's or agent's schedule. And all other ShowMojo features -- including screening questions, automated showing confirmation, and showing notification for current tenants -- work as usual.

Finally, like the Scheduler Plug-in feature that ShowMojo announced a few weeks back, this new auto-reply feature automatically creates any listing that does not already exist in a ShowMojo account. To do this, ShowMojo will import the same listing details and photos that the inquiring prospect viewed, whether that was on Zillow, HotPads or Craigslist.
