Astute Solutions
Through the eyes of both an agency and a consumer-facing organization... receive insights into how to truly utilize social media data!

Columbus, Ohio (PRWEB) April 25, 2013

Nearly every business and agency utilizes social media, but who knows if they’re correctly analyzing the data they’re gathering – if they’re gathering it at all? In conjunction with the Council of PR Firms, customer relationship management solutions provider Astute Solutions will seek to answer that question through the sponsorship of a webinar titled, “Becoming a Data Savvy PR Firm.”

The webinar will take place through GoToWebinar at 1:30pm ET on 4/25/13; a recording of the webinar will be available on the Astute Solutions website along with presentation slides on 4/26/13.

The latest in a series of videos, webinars, and other interactive content, “Becoming a Data Savvy PR Firm” features panelists Pat Lilja of Tunheim Partners along with Tara Clark of ConAgra Foods. Through the eyes of both an agency and a consumer-facing organization, public relations and marketing professionals in attendance will receive insights into how to truly utilize social media data to drive actions within their businesses and within their clients’ businesses.

Not only will this webinar assist agencies in utilizing social media data, but it will also detail an array of metrics and goals that are crucial to achieving clients’ goals and defined business needs. In addition to clear cut metrics, Tara Clark will discuss how agencies can assist clients whose various internal departments may require differing or slightly overlapping analytics – with a focus on consumer affairs and marketing/public relations departments.

Through this webinar, Astute Solutions hopes to offer greater insights to PR agencies who are already immersed in social media but may need guidance into how to properly manage and use the social data they glean.
