St. Louis (PRWEB) April 26, 2013
The Vehicle Protection Association welcomes vehicle contract service provider Repair Defense Network (RDN) as its newest member of the Certified Marketers Council. This announcement follows Repair Defense Network’s successful completion of the VPA Certification Audit Program.
The certification process for Repair Defense Network included a third-party review and on-site audit by a VPA certified auditor to ensure that the call center abides by all federal and state laws and upholds the VPA’s standards of conduct.
“The VPA certification audit is a rigorous process, and we commend RDN for its persistence in working with the auditor to accomplish this goal,” said Chris Carenza, executive director of the VPA. “This certification sends a clear message to consumers that Repair Defense Network is committed to conducting business in compliance with the VPA’s standards of conduct.”
“Our Vehicle Protection Association certification validates our continued efforts to put customers first and maintain ethical business practices,” said Joseph Yancey of Repair Defense Network. "We’re proud to be certified.”
Repair Defense Network can now display the VPA member certification logo on its marketing materials and website. The logo serves as a sign to consumers that Repair Defense Network has undergone a lengthy certification process and has completed their audit successfully.
