nChannel, creator of the cloud-based multi-channel management platform, announced today that it has named Geoff Wilhelm as its Vice President of Platform Operations & Delivery. Wilhelm’s responsibilities will include leading Implementation Services, Product Management, Production Platform Operations and nChannel’s efforts to help companies streamline their multi-channel sales processes.

Wilhelm has logged over 16 years of driving successful data integration and software development projects for both major enterprises and small businesses. Much of Wilhelm’s expertise comes from his time at Nationwide Insurance where he led multiple multi-million dollar development projects, including enterprise software development programs such as a mission-critical self-service website used by up to 1 million customers. Wilhelm has managed large teams of project managers, requirements analysts, development leads and other technical resources. Wilhelm started at Sterling Commerce where he was responsible for eCommerce Customer Implementations and Delivery Services. Since leaving Sterling in 2005, he has held a variety of delivery, PMO, and client services roles in logistics, insurance, and real property management. Wilhelm also served as the Vice President of Product Management at Flairsoft where he was instrumental in the delivery of a multi-million dollar deal in the government sector. Most recently, he founded BISIWare, developed a mobile commerce integration solution for retailers and managed several large projects for the Federal Government.
