The Sixth Annual Prevent Blindness America Swing Fore Sight Golf Tournament, held in conjunction with Vision Expo West, will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013, at the Bali Hai Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nev. Swing Fore Sight brings together top executives in the vision industry for a morning of golf while raising awareness and funds to support the sight-saving programs and services of Prevent Blindness America.
The Transitions Healthy Sight for Life™ Fund will serve as the event’s gold sponsor. Additional sponsors to date include 1-800 Contacts, Carl Zeiss, Charmant, Essilor, Hilco, Hoya, Jobson Interactive, Jobson Medical, Kenmark Group, PFO Global, Refac, REM Eyewear and Spectera.

Foursomes are available for $2,750 and individual golf slots are $700 for the four-person scramble.
