Oakland, CA (PRWEB) April 28, 2013

Sterling HSA is pleased to announce the launch of its revamped website for the Sterling Regalo Program at Regalo.SterlingHSA.com. The new website provides an overview of the program, details on setting up Gift of Health and Gift of Learning accounts, along with a schedule of interest rates and fees, customer testimonials and press coverage. The website also offers a robust Help Center where customers can quickly scan the most frequently asked questions, download information, or request for more assistance.

The expanded website now includes a blog section featuring articles, tip sheets and other resources for overseas Filipinos, along with a curated list of links to relevant sites and additional sources. Sample posts include “6 Things to Consider When Sending Money Abroad” and “10 Ways to Send Money to the Philippines.” Sterling Regalo recently partnered with Positively Filipinos, an online magazine for Filipino expatriates, to produce a series of Infographics highlighting money remittance statistics, a profile of OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers), and tips on how to compare money transfer services.

“We’re thrilled to be working with Positively Filipino in developing these informational posts,” states Cora Tellez, founder and CEO of Sterling HSA. “The magazine’s publisher, Mona Lisa Yuchengco, is a strong believer in celebrating Filipino heritage as well as chronicling the experiences and achievements of the global Pinoy. Sterling Regalo shares in this vision and is proud to offer donors in the U.S. an alternative way to provide for their loves ones in the Philippines, to share their blessings with their family.”

The new Sterling Regalo website also offers for download a free 20-page booklet containing all of the information needed to set up a Gift of Health or Gift of Learning account, including a program brief, comparison chart on money remittance services vis a vis the Sterling Regalo program, a schedule of interest rates and fees, and a step-by-step guide on how to open an account.

“The new Get Started Guide is an all in one downloadable packet to help users of all level, containing everything from frequently asked questions and how the program works to all the enrollment form you’ll need,” explains Denise Law, Sterling Regalo Product Manager. “This guide should answer any questions you have and describe our program in detail, and if you have additional questions, we are always a phone call or e-mail away.”

Since its initial roll out in August 2012, the Sterling Regalo Program has steadily increased its client base, providing recipients in the Philippines the funds they need for healthcare and education financing, and offering donors in the United States peace of mind knowing that the money they send is being used for its intended purpose.

Sterling Regalo gift accounts can be set up for as little as $100. Unlike typical remittances, donors maintain full control of the account and use of funds, and anyone can be designated as recipient. Donor clients can begin the enrollment process online, over the phone, by downloading the Get Started Guide, or by requesting an enrollment kit to be sent via mail.

Along with the new website and blog, Sterling Regalo is now on Facebook at facebook.com/sterlingregalo and Twitter.com/SterlingRegalo. “We want our customers to have access to as much information as they need and to learn not just about the Gift of Health and Gift of Learning accounts, but also about the company and people behind them,” adds Denise.
