US Storage Centers, today, announced it has been awarded the management contract for the self storage facility located at 28407 Lizard Rocks Rd, Valley Center, CA 92082. The facility has 543 self storage units and totals 76,877 rentable square feet. It also offers RV storage, boat storage and auto storage. This facility expands US Storage Centers’ Southern California footprint into San Diego County and continues the company’s rapid growth in third party management that has taken place throughout the United States.
