Elect A New Congress, super pac to all American's, released its heavily subtitled version of its "On Liberty", video in order to clearly explain the historic realities and virtues of Political Liberty, currently devoid in America's governance today.

Political Liberty was first introduced by English Theorist, John Locke, in the late 1600's, and had the opportunity to comment and influence on the evolution of Parliament, but not the America system of Liberty, which developed 80 years later.

"Political Liberty, while a simple concept, has been obscured over the years by a growing cancer in government best termed political tyranny," explained Wm W. Fawell, spokesperson for Elect A New Congress. "By adding key words to the visuals and narration of our "On Liberty" video, we feel we've gone a long way towards sharing with the viewer a more rapid appreciation of just what Political Liberty is, what it entails, how to get it back into our American government, and how and why it works to answer the long list of the growing systemic failures of our government."

"What appears to be an abstract, Political Liberty is in reality a concrete practice that can be legislated," shared Fawell. "The fact that it can be installed in a government means it can not only be defined, but put into practice. And being a natural catalyst of legal, social, and moral justice, it is the only hope we see for the many problems that face America today."

"We hope that this subtitled version of "On Liberty", will provide that final linkage into the consciousness of America, and allow all American's to understand the full impact that Political Liberty can have upon their lives, and the life of America," Fawell closed.
