Effective immediately and continuing until July 13, 2013, Apptical Corp. has launched their "Extended Hours" pilot program in order to asses and align with agents' business needs in the Western time zones. Agents provided feedback requesting extended Apptical hours in the Western time zone. As a result of this feedback, hours for telephone interviews will be available until 8:00 p.m. Western time (2:00 a.m. the following day Eastern Time)
Effective immediately, Apptical hours are:
Monday to Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. ET
Saturday and Sunday – 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
