Everyone has experienced an inability to concentrate from time to time. However, new research findings suggest that the problem may have a lot to do with your fitness level, making gaining health and losing weight with supplements like Prescopodene as beneficial to your mind as it is to your body.
On February 20, 2013, the University of Granada published a study in which they looked at 28 males. Half of them were undergraduate students 17-23 years old who were not very physically fit. The other half were 18-29 years of age and were actively involved in sports; 11 were involved with the Andalusian Cycling Federation and three were from the Faculty of Physical Activity and Sports Activities at the university.
They hooked each of the subjects up to a heart rate variability (HRV) monitor. They let them rest for 10 minutes and then had them perform three different cognitive tasks: a psychomotor vigilance test, a temporal orienting task and a duration discrimination task. For the final part of the study, they tested their fitness levels using a cycle-ergometer test.
They found that those who were more physically fit had greater sustained attention to the tasks they were given. This, they concluded, “support[s] the idea that aerobic training produces selective benefits in cognitive performance.”
Therefore, people who exercise more and decrease their weight to healthy levels, such as with the all-natural weight loss supplement Prescopodene, have the benefit of increased focus and attention on whatever task they’re completing.
