The Stadium Place Project comprises two city blocks in the Pioneer Square neighborhood. Phase 1 will use EB-5 capital towards the development of the West Block, which will include more than 500 apartment units, 16,000 square feet of retail space, and enough parking spaces to accommodate 370 residents. It is scheduled to open in September of this year. The project will utilize several green technologies and is expected to be a model for future buildings in Seattle.
