Real Living Lifestyles is excited to have Josh Hirsch join their team as Branch Manager of their Carmel Valley Real Estate Office. Hirsch comes to Real Living Lifestyles with a wide range of experience. He began his real estate career in 1998 and has earned a vast knowledge of coaching agents and financial advisors to develop solutions for increased efficiency and profitability. Being an experienced and confident public spokesman, Hirsch has been a requested paid keynote speaker, coaching as many as eighty five individuals at a time. With his strong leadership and unique talent for coaching, he has a passion for mentoring professionals to achieve their true potential. In his real estate career, his team sold 28 homes in their first year in Michigan.

Hirsch said, “Real estate is in our blood. My grandparents started one of the first Century 21’s in New Jersey and almost every adult in our family has or has had their real estate license." Everywhere Josh Hirsch travels he creates a positive and confident atmosphere. Currently he resides in the small city of Del Cerro with his lovely wife Holly and three children, Maxwell, Jaxson, and Sophia.

Hirsch believes that everyone has their own unique, special talents that they are meant to share with the world. For Hirsch, it is helping others identify their talents and helping them to create a life filled with passion and purpose.
