Informz, Inc., a growing email marketing and technology company for the association and nonprofit industries, announced today that they hired four new employees and promoted two employees in the first quarter of 2013.
Christy Egan joins Informz from the Professional Development Program of SUNY Albany where she was an Education Specialist. At Informz, Egan will be the Client Training Manager, conducting online and in-person trainings to Informz clients and developing training curriculum responsive to client needs. Egan holds a B.S. in Communication Disorders from The College of Saint Rose.
Kayla Servant joins the Marketing Team as a Marketing Coordinator at Informz and will be charged with executing drip-marketing programs with marketing automation software, perform data entry and prospect research. Previously, Servant was a Retail Operations Analyst at First Niagara Bank. Servant earned her B.A. in Political Science from Hartwick College.
Makenzie Frisino is the new Business Administration Assistant at Informz, supporting the business administration team with accounting, recruiting, and event planning. Frisino previously worked as a Staff Assistant at the University at Albany’s University in the High School Program. She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University at Albany.
Amie Cheeney Perrott joins Informz from the New York State Dental Association, where she was a Program Coordinator for the Marketing and Communications departments. At Informz, Perrott will be a Marketing Coordinator, planning and coordinator logisitics for events, conferences, and tradeshows. Perrott will also manage the email marketing program for the Marketing Team. Perrott holds a B.A. in Economics from the University at Albany.

Informz also announced two promotions during the first quarter.

Darcy Wodzinski has been promoted from Client Implementation and Education Manager to the Director of Client Services, where she will manage the Informz team of eMarketing Advisors, oversee client implementation, and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with clients. Wodzinski holds a B.A. in Communications from SUNY Plattsburgh.
Alicia Deering has been promoted from eMarketing Advisor to eMarketing Strategist, where she will collaborate with clients on strategy and analysis of their email marketing communications. Deering will present nationally on behalf of Informz on the advantages of email marketing at regional trainings and conferences. Deering holds a B.A. in Public Communications from The College of Saint Rose.
