This new release provides a simpler user interface that takes greater advantage of Joingo’s connectivity with Casino Management Systems to automate targeted mobile marketing campaigns.

Merging mobile marketing into an existing marketing strategy, and doing so in a way that doesn’t fragment efforts or complicate processes, is a challenge for casinos looking to successfully tap in to the $50 billion mobile marketing industry. Version 2.0 allows for the streamlined delivery of offers that are created in the Casino’s existing Offer Management system. With just a click, those offers can be automatically paired with graphical content and entertaining games, then sent directly to their patrons’ mobile devices.

The ability to easily create automatic associations between offers and mobile content, and to allow quick edits of that content from the Offer Activation screen, results in a dramatic decrease in the complexity and time needed to activate and send mobile offers. Offers can also be sent based on parameters such as patron location, preferences and/or loyalty status. The patrons’ response to these targeted marketing offers can then be analyzed with real-time analytics data.
