The award was presented at the Legislative Reception with hundreds of Mayors and other elected officials in attendance by NJCM Business Council Director Mayor Gary Passanante of Somerdale. EMEX was recognized for its overall contribution to the financial savings of New Jersey Municipalities, putting the power to save money in the hands of the local decision-makers who know best.
