The Enterprise Learning! Conference & Expo (ELCE), hosted at the Anaheim Convention Center, August 26-28th, 2013, announced Dr. Paul Ekman, co-discoverer of micro expressions, to Keynote at ELCE Tuesday, August 27th, 2013.
Dr. Ekman’s Keynote session “Lie to Me: The Science of Emotional Skills and Deception” will cover the nine motivations for serious lies, why lies succeed, and why they fail. He will also illustrate the behavioral clues to spotting lies using video examples to enable ELCE attendees to see micro expressions of concealed emotions. He will also discuss why & when these expressions occur and how to spot them firsthand.
Finally, Dr. Ekman will demonstrate several online interactive training tools that can help you develop skills in this area. ELCE attendees will have the opportunity to network and pose questions with Dr. Ekman after the Keynote Session.
