Taste of Home Cooking School will return to Springdale on Thursday, May 16. The showcase will take place at the Holiday Inn & Convention Center Northwest Arkansas.

The famed Taste of Home Cooking School has been attended by nearly 5 million people over the last 20 years. Grab that spatula, as well as family, friends and neighbors, and enjoy a fun-filled cooking experience.

Taste of Home is America’s connection to the personal recipes of people who cook at home as a way to bring family and friends together, particularly at the holidays. Each year, thousands of people from across the United States and Canada submit more than 40,000 recipes, of which 3,000 are published. Every recipe that is published is carefully evaluated and selected by the Taste of Home Test Kitchen, which ensures that it can be prepared with affordable, everyday ingredients.

Chef Jamie Dunn will demonstrate 10 new recipes to easily recreate at home. Guests can experience a two-hour demonstration of non-stop exciting recipes. Culinary Specialists will show step-by-step instructions on how to create satisfying and flavorful dishes. The school’s ever-popular gift bags include an assortment of products and coupons, including two Taste of Home magazines.

Tickets for the event are $15 for general admission and $25 for VIP. Remember to enter for a chance to win one of the many exciting door prizes. Doors for the vendor area open at 5 p.m. Doors to the auditorium for the cooking show open at 6 p.m. VIP tickets include: premiere reserved seating, early access to the vendor area, and early entry into the convention center.
