For the past few months, PrecisionCraft Log and Timber Homes has issued four installments of a four-part series focusing on the various ways a home’s design can be customized. This series was initiated to provide inspiration for potential clients wanting to create that perfect design concept that will fit their lifestyle. With every release, past client projects showcased the specific customizations that were made to their plans, giving readers the ability to see examples of the modifications that can be made.

In the first part, PrecisionCraft discussed the idea of altering square footage. This type of modification included four home designs, two that reduced their original concept’s square footage and two that enlarged theirs. The second month featured four homes where the product type was altered. These home designs showcased how clients could customize an existing design to include the product they preferred. The third installment highlighted PrecisionCraft’s ability to modify a design by changing its levels. Whether the question is about single level designs or adding basements to existing designs, the third part offered options for how it can be done.

With the fourth and final part in this informational modification series, PrecisionCraft covers the topic of square footage redistribution. Many clients discover that the design concept they love doesn’t always have the exact layout they had in mind. This last installment offers ways for clients to redistribute a plan’s square footage between levels to create the floor plans they are looking for.

If clients have not seen the previous parts of this series, PrecisionCraft invites them to take a look at all four newsletters on their website. Readers or interested log home buyers also have the opportunity to sign up to receive future campaigns like this one by email.
