Lennar's Daylily Floorplan Modeled at Bunny Trail Estates in Killeen, TX

Offering the company’s “Everything’s Included Homes”, Lennar will feature a floor plan collection ranging from 1500 to 2900 square feet in Bunny Trail Estates. Priced from the $140,000s to $200,000s, Lennar is offering four one-story and three two-story plans in Bunny Trail Estates. These homes range from 3- to 5- bedrooms with 2- to 3.5-baths and include 2-car garages.

Lennar’s Everything’s Included home features in Bunny Trail Estates include granite kitchen countertops, blinds on operable windows, GE appliances in the kitchen, elegant rounded sheetrock corners throughout, covered patios, alarm systems, and ceramic tile in all wet areas, just to name a few.

Lennar is modeling their Daylily floor plan in Bunny Trail Estates. This one-and-a-half-story home has 2043 square feet with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The upstairs of this home is modeled as a media room, an extremely popular feature for families. The oversized kitchen in this home includes a breakfast bar and opens to the central living area, breakfast nook, and covered patio. The base price of the Daylily plan is $174,990.
