Weehawken, NJ (PRWEB) May 07, 2013
With ClickSecure®, the world’s first self-locking clasp, the wearer merely brings the two ends of her necklace or bracelet close to each other. The ends attach automatically and lock securely. The company has been granted four U.S. patents on its invention and foreign patents are pending.
Esther Fuhrman, President of E.F. Designs Ltd., developers of the ClickSecure® clasp, stated that “We are delighted that our new clasp is selling so well, but I am even more pleased by the enthusiastic reaction of purchasers, as published in customer reviews on the QVC website as well as in letters we have received. Many women tell us that they are now wearing jewelry that they own and love but have not worn for a long time because it was so difficult to put on.”
The ClickSecure® 14K gold clasps come in yellow gold, white gold and rose gold and sells on QVC for $134.68 (plus S&H). In addition to 14K gold, ClickSecure® clasps are now available in sterling silver, vermeil, gold plate and silver plate. There is also a stainless steel sports version for men.
Clicksecure® clasps can be fastened by the consumer to any necklace or bracelet that now has a lobster claw or spring ring. They can also be welded to necklaces and bracelets by a jeweler. In addition to QVC, the company’s self-locking clasps are available in fine jewelry stores and you may soon be able to find them on better necklaces and bracelets. The company has already been approached by a number of prominent jewelry designers and manufacturers.
