Vass Automotive Dealers Announces CSI Email Reminder for Auto Dealers

The complimentary module emails new car buyers within days of taking delivery of their new vehicle and reminds them of the importance of giving a perfect score on every question in the survey they'll receive from the manufacturer.

VASS dealer’s will soon be increasing their CSI scores thanks to a new addition to the already powerful VASS software. VASS dealers now have the option of reminding their new car customers about the importance of giving a perfect answer on every question found in the manufacturer’s new car satisfaction survey. Every new car dealerships’ Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is measured by the average score customers give on every survey received by the manufacturer.

Each time a new VASS Customer Testimonial Page is created for a dealership, the customer is emailed a link to their page so it can be shared on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and more. The built-in social sharing has become a staple with most every dealership using VASS Customer Testimonial Pages to build trust and increase Internet traffic.

On April 27, 2013, VASS added yet another component to the software by allowing dealers to send a notification email reminding each new car customer the importance of a perfect score on every aspect of the new car customer satisfaction survey they’ll receive from the manufacturer. We wanted to remind you that you will soon receive a survey from Ford regarding your recent purchase of a 2013 Ford Mustang GT. In this survey, there are a series of questions regarding the vehicle you purchased and our dealership, Some Ford Dealer in Nashville.

We’re asking that you please give us a perfect score on every question in the survey, as it will help us in retaining our already high customer satisfaction index rating.

If for any reason you are unable to give Some Ford Dealer a perfect score on every question in the survey, I ask that you please contact me to resolve any issues we may have overlooked.

New car dealers are well aware that a simple reminder like this can make an enormous difference in the dealership’s overall CSI rating, by allowing the dealership to take corrective action before a low-scoring survey is submitted.
