To acknowledge and support young people who have demonstrated leadership, LaMar Educational Enterprises, LLC invites parents, teachers, the clergy and civic organizations to nominate a child between 11 and 14 years old to receive a SuperKidz Kamp 2013 Leadership Award. The first place prize winner, thanks to generous donations to the Oglethorpe Foundation, will receive a full scholarship to LaMar Educational Enterprises’, LLC SuperKidz Kamp, http://www.superkidzkamp.com. The second and third place winners will receive 75% and 50% scholarships respectively.

All nominations must be typewritten, include the nominator’s and nominee’s name and contact information, proof of the parent or guardian’s approval, and a one or two page letter describing how the nominee has demonstrated leadership.

The SuperKidz Kamp Leadership Awards are a part of LaMar Educational Enterprise’s outreach effort and are offered as a community service.

The Founder/President of LaMar Educational Enterprises, LLC, Dr. Ansley W. LaMar, is a Psychology Professor and the former Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences of New Jersey City University. He has chaired the Psychology Department, directed the University’s Educational Opportunity Fund Program, managed summer residential camps and designed and conducted enrichment programs for pre-teens, teen-agers and adults. Dr. LaMar offers personal coaching to individuals and groups who wish to meet and exceed their life goals.
