The survey measured a broad variety of trends affecting service provider operations and growth opportunities.
The IT Service Provider Benchmarking Study, commissioned by Autotask Corporation and conducted by Decision Tree Labs in February 2013, asked participants to share their perspective and business metrics on six major themes, including:

Survey respondents included Managed Service Providers (54.8%), IT Service Providers (29.6%), Value-Added Resellers (7.0%), Independent Software Vendors (1.6%) and Other (7%). A total of 229 respondents completed the entire survey.
The results of the benchmarking study will be presented by Autotask in two complimentary webinars on May 9, 2013, at 11am US EDT and again at 7pm US EDT.
